This position requires you to work 4-5 night shifts each week, with specific availability needed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 pm to 1:00 am. Additionally, you will need to be available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 5:30 pm to 3:30 am. If you are unable to meet these specific shift requirements, we kindly ask that you do not submit an application for this role.
Bar Supervisor Qualifications/Skills:

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active TABC license
- Active Food Manager’s Certification
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Bar Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff.
- Direct and manage staff members to meet standards and objectives and when necessary, discipline staff when not followed.
- Ensure staff operates within company policies.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
- Knowledge of TABC Laws, able to teach and enforce the laws.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Oversee accurate cash procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
- Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures.
- Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage.
